5-Phase Kaua'i Property Transformation Plan

Phase 1: Hard Reset

The Problem: Most landscapers just trim the weeds. If you don't remove the root systems of invasive trees (Haole Koa, Guinea Grass), they grow back in weeks.

Our Method: We use our Forestry Mulchers and Excavators to perform a "Hard Reset." We grind stumps, remove old concrete, and clear the land down to bare soil.

Phase 2: Red Dirt Grading & Drainage

The Problem: Kaua‘i’s heavy clay (Red Dirt) traps water. If you just lay sod over uneven clay, you’ll get mud pits and flooding near your foundation.

Our Method: We use laser levels and skid steers to grade your property for proper runoff. We install French drains or swales where needed to manage heavy tropical rains.

Benefit: A dry, stable yard that doesn't flood your patio or stain your concrete with red mud.

Phase 3: Soil Prep & Irrigation Install

The Problem: You can't plant grass directly into compacted clay. It will choke and die.

Our Method: We till the soil to break up the compaction and install a brand new, heavy-duty irrigation system. We test every zone to ensure coverage before a single piece of grass goes down.

Benefit: Your new lawn gets the oxygen and water it needs to root deep and survive the dry season.

Phase 4: Hardscaping & Borders

The Method: We install permanent separation between your lawn and your jungle/garden. Whether it’s Moss Rock walls, concrete curbing, or gravel pathways, we define the space so it stays neat.

Phase 5: The "Satisfaction Walkthrough"
