5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a job, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Kyani Equipment Service reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for last-minute changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kyani Equipment Services will take all reasonable care to perform work safely and professionally. We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing conditions on the propertyDamage caused by unforeseen underground hazards, utilities, or conditions not disclosed by the customer
